Located on the site of the old Pavilion Markets, our vision was to create something iconic for this landmark site.
We’ve created a vibrant ground floor that breathes new life back into the heart of Subiaco. Incorporating a mix of alfresco cafes and restaurants, permanent and pop-up markets stalls, boutique and artisan retailers, landscaped pocket parks and a cultural space where the community can come together.
A collective of three exclusive buildings – Rokeby, Roberts and Seddon – each with their own unique personality and all inspired by and designed to enhance Subiaco’s existing heritage, charm and character.
